Four Things I Look Forward To

Little Violet Dress tagged me in her blog on a survey of "4 Things I Look Forward To".
-Side note: I don't know the rules, or if there's actually a different title to the survey, I kinda just went with this and made it up since it pretty much conveys the overall idea of the survey.

I'm going to keep this current, as I could get really far into the future.  So here it goes:

#1.)  My cousin's wedding

Obviously, this is not my cousin and his bride to be.  The pic is just a nice vintage photo.

#2.)  Driving

Living in NYC, I don't have a car, nor do I have use for one.  I do really really miss driving.....so it's going to be much to my delight when I rent a car from the airport to my cousin's wedding.  Unfortunately I'm not sure a sweet ride like this dream car above will be possible.

#3.)  Going to Michigan
The wedding is in Benton Harbor, MI.  I don't really care where I go, as long as I get to get the heck out of NYC.  Living here you need a break from the crazy city once in a while.  I'm looking forward to finding some thrift store and antique shops.  I'm going to google that and make myself a list-after all, I do have a rental car next weekend, remember?
And

this blog would not be true to itself if I didn't include a fashion moment in here

somewhere-I plan to find lots of of fun threads to wear while I'm away in Michigan.

#4.) Seeing my family-aunts, uncles, cousins, cousin's kids, my nieces and my immediate family
I love this picture, circa 1982 (I think)
Top Row from Left: mom, sister, dad
Bottom row from Left: brother, ME

Now, please run along and read these other blogs below.....that's part of the "rules", I'm supposed to tag 4 more people, and they're suppose to do this survey.

3.) Hilkat

Lots of 4th of July pics coming later today....just me and the friends in all our stellar style (or just myself and Mel in our "style" and the boys being boys).
